Hallo, Daniel,

Du meintest am 14.07.10:

Hmmmm -

  http://www.clonezilla.org/download/sourceforge/

leads to versions which are "too old"?
Strange.

I say it again: I can PXE-boot many *.iso images via memdisk, and I like
this way.
This way seems to be nearly impossible with *.iso images built as
"Debian Live CD".
Ok - mounting them via "loop" etc. leads to success, but it's no
intuitive way. And some additional work.
Maybe that's the only "simple" way to include Debian style *.iso images
to a PXE boot menu. Not only Clonezilla, but p.e. "ctbankix" or
"knoppix" or similar rescue CDs.

Therefor I had asked if "pxelinux" can "loopmount" those images by
itself and must not wait for "root" to do so.

Please take a look at

It's designed for people with low IT knowledge ...

Viele Gruesse!
Helmut
