[syslinux] pxelinux 5.00-pre6 sub menu not working

I've told this problems some days ago, and Matt Fleming had offered a  
bugfixed version:

Thanks Helmut, I was able to reproduce your bug with that config.

I just pushed a fix for this out to the 'elflink' branch at,
